Exchange and Return Policy
Returns and exchanges initiated by the customer
The service provided is digital (display of a supporter badge on the user's profile, profile frame decoration, suppression of in-site advertisements, and similar). By its nature, refunds for customer-initiated cancellations after the service has been delivered are not accepted.
Monthly plans (subscriptions) can be cancelled at any time by the customer from the Ko-fi membership management page (https://ko-fi.com/settings/memberships). After cancellation, the customer retains benefits until the end of the already-paid billing period. Prorated refunds are not offered.
Returns and exchanges for defective products or services
If we are unable to deliver the digital service corresponding to the payment (badge, frame decoration, ad suppression, or similar) due to a major malfunction or extended outage on our side, please contact the email address above (tec.unotovive@gmail.com). After verifying the facts, we will provide a refund for the remaining paid period or re-issue the benefit on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery Timing
After successful payment, supporter badges and other benefits are typically reflected on the account within a few minutes. For monthly plans, the benefit can be used immediately upon completion of the initial payment.

Payment Timing
- One-time support: charged immediately upon completion of checkout.
